Cognitive Hypnotherapy draws from a variety of therapeutic disciples including Positive Psychology, Evolutionary Psychology, Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Integration (EMI) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping). During a Cognitive Hypnotherapy session, we use a relaxed, and very light trance state, the kind of state you might also experience when you are absorbed in an activity such reading a book you can’t put down or when you are running your regular route and forgetting everything around you. During this state the unconscious mind accepts changes and combining this condition with different therapeutic disciplines, we are able to overcome obstacles in a short period of time in a relaxing and relieving way.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy can be used for to solve many issues including those listed below:
- Addictions & Habits
- Anxiety & Stress Management
- Confidence & Self-Esteem
- Eating Disorders
- Health & Weight Issues
- Public Speaking
- Sexual Issues
Nonetheless, if your concern is not listed, feel free to contact me. I would love to answer any questions you may have.

My priority is that you feel respected and cared for in a private and confidential environment where you can talk and rediscover your natural confidence and feeling excited by life and its opportunities.
What to expect from your session:
- A safe and non-judgmental environment
- Each session last between 60 – 90 minutes
- An Individual tailored treatment plan
- An experienced therapist who will guide you through your treatment process
- Email support in between sessions if required
